Gallery Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
Welcome and provide personalized service to high-net-worth clients, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
Collaborate closely with the team to share administrative and paperwork responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools, proactively identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Demonstrate in-depth brand and product knowledge, providing expert advice tailored to client needs.
Assist clients with display and presentation of artworks, offering guidance on layout and installation to ensure optimal presentation.
Handle customer complaints effectively, liaising with management when necessary.
Ensure and maintain high standards for shop floor and visual displays, in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
Participate in on-the-job training, with significant opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Strong potential for promotion to management level operate in a small, flexible organization guided by the international headquarters.
Requirements:
- Passion for high-end client service, relationship management, and sales.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, with a strong desire for personal growth.
- Strong interest in luxury, art, and design is a plus.
Knowledge of display and basic installation principles, with the ability to provide professional guidance on presenting artworks, is a plus.
8 off-days per month.
