About the Company
Our client is a well-established organization with a strong presence in the transport and infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer (Java)to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
- Develop C++ applications for embedded systems (Linux/Windows);
- Integrate hardware interfaces (e.g. serial, network, Bluetooth);
- Build backend services using Java and Spring Boot;
- Develop REST APIs and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle);
- Troubleshoot system issues and support deployments;
- Work with cross-functional teams in Agile setup.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- At least 3–5 years of experience in embedded or backend development;
- Proficient in C++, Java, REST APIs, and relational databases;
- Familiar with Agile methods and tools like JIRA;
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;
- Clear communication and team player mindset;
- Able to work independently and handle challenges.
Employment Details
- This role is located in East Singapore;
- Hybrid work arrangement;
- Occasional travel within Singapore required.
