Position Title: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Shenton Way, Singapore
Working Days: 5 days (8:00am – 6:00pm)
After probation: 10:00am – 5:00pm (subject to KPI performance)
Requirements
- CEI certification is preferred; candidates without CEI may apply
- Relevant experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and match candidates to temporary, contract, and permanent job opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs
- Advertise job vacancies through appropriate platforms and channels
- Search internal databases and external sources to identify suitable candidates
- Review applications, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews
- Brief candidates on job scope, salary, and employment terms
- Prepare and edit candidate resumes for client submission
- Coordinate interview arrangements between clients and candidates
- Update candidates on interview outcomes
- Support salary discussions and offer coordination between clients and candidates
- Provide market information on salary benchmarks and job opportunities
- Follow up with clients on interview status and hiring progress
- Perform administrative duties related to recruitment activities
