Site Coordinator Executive

Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee construction site activities to ensure timely project completion. Manage manpower deployment, liaise with stakeholders, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and maintain project documentation to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily project activities to ensure smooth execution and site operations
- Manage manpower deployment by assigning tasks based on project requirements and worker skill sets
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate project progress
- Handle project correspondence, documentation, emails, and administrative coordination professionally
- Attend site meetings and project discussions to align with relevant parties on progress and issues
- Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and operational problems, coordinating corrective actions as needed
- Prepare reports, update project records, and maintain organized filing of project documentation
- Coordinate material delivery, manpower scheduling, and site arrangements to support project timelines
- Facilitate smooth communication flow between office, site teams, clients, and contractors
- Support general administrative duties and assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, site coordination, or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple parties
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills to independently handle site issues
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
Other Information
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- Salary: $2500 - $3000
