Business Development Manager – Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's revenue and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, presentations, and contract negotiations with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare business reports, forecasts, and revenue projections for management review.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote company services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, maintaining service quality, and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, monitor performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.
