Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Staffing
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with professionalism and positivity
- Recruit, train, and develop staff within approved budgets
- Plan and manage duty rosters to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote a strong team culture and resolve conflicts effectively
- Oversee reservations and ensure efficient service flow
Guest Experience & Operations
- Maintain high service standards in line with fine dining expectations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with discretion
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure quality and consistency
- Monitor POS systems, billing accuracy, and daily operational procedures
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are well-prepared and presentable
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas
- Support training initiatives and service improvement programs
Hygiene & Safety
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards in accordance with regulations
- Ensure all staff are trained and compliant with internal protocols
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team effectively
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
