As a Senior Manager (Business Office), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Lead and oversee Business Office operations, including patient billing, charging, collections, subsidies administration, financial counselling, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant billing and claims processing in accordance with regulatory and institutional requirements.
• Manage account reconciliation processes and billing operations to ensure financial accuracy and operational integrity.
• Drive workflow transformation and digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance controls, and optimise manpower utilisation.
• Lead process improvement and system enhancement projects to streamline operations and improve service delivery standards.
• Oversee system transformation projects and operational readiness initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to support compliance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve organisational targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure seamless coordination of Business Office functions and initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Office team to build organisational capability, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver high standards of service quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in healthcare Business Office, billing, or operations management
• At least 5-7 years of healthcare working experience
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
