Sales Manager

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by selling our IT solutions and services to corporate clients in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and closing deals for products such as hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, IT support, and project solutions.
You will work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to provide solutions that meet client business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Identify, prospect, and close new corporate accounts in [target industries]
Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposal submissions for IT solutions
Solution Selling
Understand client requirements and work with technical team to propose solutions:
IT infrastructure, networking, CCTV, servers, cloud, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cybersecurity
Managed IT services, support contracts, and project-based solutions
Prepare quotations, SOWs, and contracts in coordination with management
Account & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales pipeline
Forecast sales, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management
Coordinate with vendors and partners to fulfill client requirements
Market & Relationship
Build relationships with C-level, IT Managers, and Procurement
Stay updated on IT trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing
Requirements
Education : Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
Experience : 3-5 years IT sales experience, preferably in B2B IT solutions, system integration, or managed services
Skills : Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud solutions
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred : Existing network with IT decision makers in Singapore. Experience selling Samsung, Microsoft, Cisco, or other enterprise IT products is a plus
Must be self-driven and able to work independently
