Front of House (FOH) - Service Crew
We’re looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Pasta Grove. If you love great food, great people, and take pride in providing excellent service, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and provide attentive service
- Take orders accurately and ensure smooth communication with the kitchen
- Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, and alcoholic drinks if applicable)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
- Knowledge of menu items and provide recommendations
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist in opening/closing duties as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge or experience in coffee / wines / marketing is an advantage
