Founded in 2021, Longstand Technology Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based enterprise engaged in trade, warehousing, e-commerce and value-added services. The company began by importing and distributing food products from China through wholesale channels and online platforms. It has since expanded its online retail presence across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, diversified its product portfolio and developed e-commerce operational support services. In 2023, Longstand added warehousing and fulfilment solutions for international merchants as well as company secretarial and qualification application services. The company became a TikTok Affiliate Partner in 2024 and a TikTok Service Partner in 2025, supporting live streaming, creator collaboration and digital marketing activities.

About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead AI deployment, digital transformation and performance-management initiatives across Longstand's business units. The successful candidate will translate business priorities into practical data, process and technology solutions; establish reliable KPI and decision-support systems; and lead cross-functional implementation from diagnosis and business case through pilot, rollout, adoption and benefits tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a business intelligence, AI deployment and digital transformation roadmap aligned with the company's commercial and operational priorities.
• Map and redesign workflows across sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, customer service and partner operations to improve speed, control and scalability.
• Define consistent business metrics and build management dashboards covering revenue, margin, channel performance, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, inventory turnover and fulfilment service levels.
• Identify, evaluate and deploy practical AI use cases such as lead scoring, demand forecasting, marketing optimisation, workflow automation, knowledge management and customer-service support, with appropriate data controls and human oversight.
• Drive digital growth through funnel analysis, channel attribution, customer-journey improvement, experimentation and performance reviews across market places, social commerce and partner channels.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate internal stakeholders, technology vendors and implementation partners through solution design, testing and rollout.
• Establish data-quality standards, reporting governance, operating reviews and clear ownership of actions arising from business insights.
• Prepare transformation business cases, implementation plans, budgets, risk assessments and benefit-realisation reports for senior management.
• Lead change management, user training, SOP development and capability building so that new processes and tools are adopted sustainably across teams.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 8years of relevant experience in business intelligence, digital transformation, AI deployment, digital growth, e-commerce, commercial operations or related functions.
• At least 3years of experience leading cross-functional programmes, transformation projects, operations teams or complex stakeholder initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of deploying AI-enabled or automation solutions into real business workflows and measuring their operational or commercial impact.
• Strong experience with KPI frameworks, management dashboards, funnel analytics, process improvement and data-informed decision support.
• Working knowledge of BI and analytics tools, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, ERP or warehouse systems, workflow automation and generative-AI applications.
• Experience in e-commerce, wholesale trade, warehousing, fulfilment, consumer internet or platform operations is preferred.
• Strong commercial judgement, structured problem-solving ability and the capacity to translate between business teams and technical specialists.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and change-leadership skills in a multicultural working environment.
Salary and Benefits
• Monthly salary range: SGD 8,000 to SGD 15,000, commensurate with relevant experience and capabilities.
• Five-day work week, generally from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
