Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation and HRIS updates.
- Coordinate employee engagement, welfare, training, CSR, ESG and sustainability activities.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, claims, benefits, insurance and tax-related administration.
- Manage MOM work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and expiry tracking.
- Support ESG reporting, audits, compliance activities and liaison with employees, agencies and authorities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle and HR administration.
