Senior/Executive Assistant - HR Shared Services HZTS

Job Description:
- Provide operational support in managing HR-related inquiries, serving as a key point of contact for employees across the organisation
- Support day-to-day administrative functions under the responsibility of the HR Support Centre
- When deployed to other HR teams, provide operational HR support across various functions based on the evolving resource needs of HR Group Shared Services
- Handle and manage data using Microsoft Excel and other HR systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with HR policies and processes
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Min 1 year of relevant HR work experience
