Job Description:
· Assist the Logistics Manager / HOD in daily logistics operations.
· Support the logistics team in administrative tasks and daily processes.
· Prepare and generate inventory reports
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on logistics matters.
· Coordinate logistics activities, including warehousing and inventory management.
· Assist in bi-yearly stock take activities, label printing, inventory transfers/updates, stationery ordering, filing, and other administrative duties.
· Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum1 year of relevant working experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
· Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Good coordination and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
