Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, cashier’s orders, and other materials accurately and on time between banks, law firms, clients, and relevant offices
- Handle confidential and sensitive legal documents securely, following firm protocols
- Plan and navigate delivery routes efficiently to meet tight conveyancing deadlines
- Coordinate document flow to support the conveyancing team and maintain smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external parties to ensure timely task completion
Required competencies and certifications
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle driving license (Singapore or Malaysia)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in legal or conveyancing-related delivery work
