Job Details:
- 1 year contract + 1 month completion bonus
- Salary Range : UP $3,500
- Location: Changi Business Park (near MRT Expo)
- Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday (5am-2pm)
Job Scope
* Participate in projects. Lead and/or collaborate with Order Management team
* Process customer orders in SAP within agreed service levels
* Maintain customer master data and system setups in SAP
* Facilitate order shipment per customer’s requested delivery date
* Support pricing issue checks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
* Identify and escalate order data discrepancies for further investigation
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process standardisation
* Generate reports to ensure accuracy and compliance of order management processes
* Work with regional teams across Asia, Europe and North America customer
