Havas Media Singapore is looking for a Planner / Social Trader with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital media planning and socials campaign implementation across digital platforms. As a Planner / Social Trader, you will operate alongside the team in implementational / executional management.
Reporting Structure

The role requires you to
- Plan, implement and manage all digital advertising channels, primarily paid social campaigns, across platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, TikTok and Facebook Ads Manager
- Ensure campaigns are structured and configured in line with best practices, from naming conventions to targeting and tracking setup.
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance against client KPIs
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for creative, ad copy, audience segments, and landing pages to drive continuous learning and optimization.
- Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format and work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate for campaigns.
- Perform data analysis and deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on media performance.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide support on forecasting and media planning for upcoming campaigns.
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking pixels and conversion APIs to ensure accurate data collection.
- Stay current with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies in social and biddable media.
- Own budget planning & tracking (media finance) for the campaigns under your belt.
- Build client relationships and engage clients on day-to-day operations.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign administration and operations.
Required Skills or Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience setting up and managing paid social campaigns, preferably within a media agency environment.
- Demonstrable expertise with the native ad management platforms of Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Experience with other platforms is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including pivot tables, charts and formulae is essential.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.
