Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated lawyer with 1 to 3 years’ post qualification experience to undertake primarily mergers & acquisitions (both public & private), capital markets (pre-IPO, IPO, RTO, rights & warrants issue, placement, corporate actions and regulatory compliance), private equity, China-related transactions, general corporate and corporate secretarial work (for both listed and private limited companies). Candidates with strong Chinese language skills and prior experience in the aforesaid practice areas will be advantageous.
