Learning & Development / Instructional Design Specialist (Buona Vista)

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop online, blended and classroom learning programmes for the Public Service.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and develop curriculum, training materials and learning resources.
- Work with subject matter experts and agency stakeholders to develop effective learning interventions.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and monitor learning outcomes and impact.
- Manage end-to-end programme development, including scope, budget, timelines and stakeholder coordination.
- Conduct research on emerging L&D practices, trends and methodologies.
- Support consultancy projects involving design thinking, process improvement and organisational transformation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and instructional design .
- Strong programme/project management, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in learning needs analysis and learning evaluation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and adaptable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong interest in innovation, learning and continuous improvement.
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract
42 hours per week
