Job Summary
Lead and manage sales and marketing functions to achieve budget targets, develop market strategies, and build client relationships that drive business growth and meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and prepare annual budget plans to schedule expenditures and ensure the sales team achieves quotas and goals
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans by understanding consumer requirements and identifying market trends to suggest system improvements aligned with company goals
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft comprehensive reports for strategic decision-making
- Implement new sales plans and advertising campaigns to increase market reach and sales effectiveness
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet human resource objectives and enhance team performance
- Maintain relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities to foster client retention and growth
- Stay current in the industry by attending educational events, conferences, workshops, reading relevant publications, and maintaining professional networks to inform marketing strategies
