EHS Engineer

Pfizer seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Engineer for its Singapore manufacturing facility to ensure regulatory compliance, implement safety programs, conduct audits and risk assessments, and promote a proactive safety culture across operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, permits, licenses, and company policies
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and hazard evaluations to identify control needs
• Support incident investigations and track corrective and preventive actions to closure
• Manage EHS documentation, permits, training records, and emergency response plans
• Coordinate with contractors, waste service providers, and regulatory agencies on safety and environmental activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field, or Associate's degree with 4+ years experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years experience
• Industrial Safety experience in manufacturing facility environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Capability to deliver Environmental Health and Safety training
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and control recommendations (preferred)
• Problem-solving skills and collaborative teamwork ability (preferred)
