Job Responsibilities
Conduct supplier quality assessments and manage quality risks during new supplier onboarding.
Evaluate supplier capabilities and collaborate with the procurement team on supplier development and planning.
Lead new part qualification activities (PPAP) and ensure timely project completion.
Provide technical quality support and coach suppliers to improve quality performance.
Investigate supplier quality issues, implement corrective actions, and conduct training to enhance supplier quality standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline .
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience , including at least 1 year in the automotive industry .
Experience in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE)or structural component process engineering is required.
Familiar with supplier quality management, PPAP, quality systems, and root cause analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
