Policy Executive, Client Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities
- Assess client requirements
- Configure systems in accordance with client plan designs and specifications.
- Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot developed or modified software.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users and provide implementation support.
- Analyse client workflows and procedures, and recommend process improvements where appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Production Support, Product, and Engineering teams on system-related matters, including product enhancements and application issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Senior Implementers, Account/Client Managers, and cross-functional teams (e.g., IT and Operations) on client-specific requests, system enhancements, and process-related matters.
- Assist in the development of user guides by gathering technical information, preparing content, and coordinating documentation.
- Support client relationship management by participating in discovery sessions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet client requirements.
- Maintain and update implementation documentation.
Requirements
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience in system implementation.
- Basic knowledge of MS SQL queries, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Exposure to the general insurance industry will be an added advantage, but is not required.
