Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.

Identify opportunities to support customer needs through suitable banking solutions.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree preferred.
Banking, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
