Quality Lead (Manufacturing/ East/ Rotating Shift)

Responsibilities
· Lead and supervise Quality Inspectors to ensure product quality, inspection standards, and production targets are achieved.
· Monitor quality activities across IQC, Assembly, Rack Build, Repair, Final QC, and Pack Out processes.
· Support daily quality operations, including QC reporting, handover reports, and quality documentation.
· Provide training, coaching, and cross-training to enhance team performance and quality awareness.
· Collaborate with Production, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional teams on new product introductions, rework activities, ESD control, and continuo improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, ISO standards, and 5S practices.
· Perform any other duties assigned by management.
· Work on rotating shifts as required (mandatory).
Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, quality, or production environment.
· Knowledge of quality inspection processes, production operations, and defect control.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.
· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Physically able to perform operational duties, including standing for extended periods when required.
· Secondary school education or equivalent qualification preferred.
