Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and enterprise solutions supporting PwC Singapore.
- Develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
- Own the existing Global Integration Demand project, including enhancements, support, stakeholder engagement, and delivery management.
- Manage and support BAU applications and processes, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, global teams, and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Deliver new projects and initiatives across the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and other enterprise integration technologies.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause investigation, and resolution of complex system issues.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security policies, governance requirements, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and project team members and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development, including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, Service Catalog, Notifications, Integrations, and Custom Applications.
- Hands-on experience in working with Glide objects such as Glide form, glide
user, glide system, glide aggregate. - Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications across project and BAU environments, including enhancements, production support, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts, including UI development, APIs, web services, and backend integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS are an advantage.
- Service-oriented and committed to teamwork, quality, and excellence.
