Administrative executive

jia rong construction pte. ltd.

  • Attend to the customer enquiries and phone calls
  • Coordinate with clients for job's schedule arrangement, assign technical to carry job accordingly.
  • Check and follow up company emails from customers
  • Must be able to apply Microsoft excel and calculation
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Prepare Quotation and invoices (simple quotation)
  • Liaise with suppliers to render their service and spare parts required (Purchasing, Generate Purchase Orders)
  • Order the spares from suppliers in both Singapore and Overseas
  • Assist sales in preparation of sales and AR report
  • Monitor stationary, pantry and to replace
  • Other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
