Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt support and assistance to driver/delivery partners
- Facilitate transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle data entry and system updates with high accuracy
- Manage inventory and stock issuance , including physical handling of items
- Perform stock checks and warehouse coordination
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Customer service experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools / helpdesk systems
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with live chat, email, or phone support
- Strong attention to detail in data entry
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Adaptable, team player, and able to multitask
