Sales & Business Development Associate (NO EXPERIENCE)
Looking to build a career with us? Structured training, coaching, and mentorship will be provided to help you develop your communication, sales, and business development skills while progressing professionally.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and introduce relevant products or services
- Work towards individual and team performance targets
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities
- Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to ensure great campaign execution
- Receive ongoing coaching and apply sales techniques through hands-on experience
