Working Hours:
- Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays (PH) • : 6-day shift rotation
- First Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM
- Second Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Providing accurate information about store locations, promotions, and mall events.
- Handle redemption of vouchers, gifts, and other mall promotions.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in the mall at all times.
- Supporting mall management in creating a seamless shopping experience.
- Register shopper receipts for points
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
