Job Responsibilities
- Create and modify CNC programs for milling machines using Mastercam
- Set up CNC milling machines and prepare tools, fixtures, and materials
- Perform machine setting and tool offset adjustment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity and quality
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Maintain proper documentation of programs and machining processes
- Follow workplace safety and quality procedures
Requirements
- Singaporean
- Experience in CNC Milling programming
- Proficient in Mastercam software
- Able to perform machine setup and tool setting independently
- Able to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
- Experience in precision machining/manufacturing is an advantage
Work Location: Woodlands
