Job Description

- Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer (Mechanical / Hydraulics)
- Working Location: Yishun Industrial Park A (5 mins walking from Canberra Station)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Insurance & Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company sales accounts, including technical system sales, product sales, calibration, and in-house services.
- Carry out sales activities to meet targets, including client visits, cold-calling, preparing quotations and proposals, presenting products, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Respond promptly to product enquiries and RFQs while supporting marketing activities when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, while identifying and developing new markets and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales goals set by management.
- Plan, track, and report weekly sales activities and forecasts in line with targets.
- Perform any other duties assigned.

- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, with 1 years of relevant experience in technical sales.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for customer site visits when required.
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative to achieve sales targets.
