Job Overview

We are looking for aproactive, commercially minded E-Commerce Specialist to join ourmarketing team at Kim Guan Guan, taking ownership of our consumer brand, Kim'sDuet .

Reporting directly to theBrand Lead, you will drive the online growth of Kim's Duet across all D2C andmarketplace channels managing day-to-day operations, financial settlements,and platform performance. Beyond digital storefronts, you will serve as anauthentic ambassador for Kim's Duet. We are looking for someone with a genuine passionfor Singapore's rich Nanyang coffee culture , who can translate brandheritage into digital campaigns and step in to support ground-level offlineevents and pop-up activations when required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations& Channel Governance (Kim's Duet)

. Manage day-to-dayoperations across all key e-commerce platforms for Kim's Duet, including Shopee,TikTok Shop, Shopify, Lazada and RedMart.

. Drive commercialstrategy to fast-track Kim's Duet online growth , taking calculated risksand adapting to the shifting platform landscapes.

. Oversee inventorymanagement , catalogue and listing optimisation, pricingstrategies , and order fulfilment processes .

. Handle end-to-end Fulfilledby Shopee (FBS) operations, including stock forecasting, inbound shipments,inventory reconciliation, and performance tracking.

. Monitor, improve, andmaintain high customer service response standards on all platform chatportals, ensuring customer inquiries, feedback, and post-purchase issues areresolved efficiently to boost store ratings and repeat purchases.

. Continuously monitorstore health metrics, penalty points, and performance benchmarks across Shopee,TikTok Shop, Lazada, and RedMart proactively manage customer return/refunddisputes, order non-fulfilment rates (NFR), and late dispatch metrics to safeguardstore tiering and visibility

. Partner directly with Modern Trade Sales Specialists to align Kim's Duet product listings,promotional mechanics, and pricing strategies, ensuring zero channel or productconflict with offline retail presence.

. Thrive in ambiguity,taking full ownership of outcomes while navigating fast-paced and evolvingcommercial priorities.

2. Campaign Strategy, BrandGrowth & Offline Activations

. Plan, set up, andexecute platform-specific Megaday campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12),payday sales, and category promotions across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify,Lazada and RedMart.

. Champions the storyof Kim's Duet, using a deep appreciation for Singapore's Nanyang coffeeheritage to craft culturally authentic listings, campaign messaging, andcustomer interactions.

. Monitor campaignbudgets, optimize store vouchers, and track ROI on platform ads. Maintain a highlevel of numerical fluency : analyse each channel's P&L, manage pricingmechanic, track voucher burn rates, and make data-driven decisions that protectand grow profit margins.

. Actively support andrepresent Kim's Duet at offline marketing events, pop-up activations, andtrade showcases as part of integrated brand campaigns.

3. Livestreaming &Affiliate Marketing

. Manage and coordinatelive commerce operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.

. Build and managerelationships with e-commerce affiliates, creator networks, and key opinionconsumers (KOCs) to drive referral sales and brand awareness for Kim's Duet.

4. Financial Reconciliation& Management Reporting

. Extract, analyse, andreconcile monthly settlement reports across all Kim's Duet e-commerceplatforms.

. Partner directly withthe Finance team to verify platform payout accuracy, track commissiondeductions, voucher burn rates, and service fees.

. Build and maintainregular management reports tracking key metrics (GMV, net revenue,platform margins, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI) to present channelprogress to leadership.

Requirements &Qualifications

. Education: Bachelor's Degree orDiploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.

. Experience: 3 to 5 years ofhands-on experience managing multi-channel e-commerce stores (preferably withinFMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods).

. Platform Expertise: Deep, practicalknowledge of Shopee Seller Centre (including FBS operations), TikTok ShopSeller Center, Lazada and RedMart Seller Center, and Shopify backendadministration

. Commercial &Channel Governance: Understanding of brand value preservation, pricingstrategy, and working with sales teams to avoid cross-channel productconflicts.

. Financial & DataLiteracy: Strong comfort with numbers, platform payout settlements, and store financialdata proficient in Excel for financial reconciliation and reporting.

. Brand & CultureFit: Passionate about Singapore Nanyang coffee heritage enthusiastic about growingthe Kim's Duet brand online and adaptable enough to assist with offline pop-upsand events.

. Bonus Skill: Basic understandingor hands-on experience with Google Performance Marketing (Search,Performance Max, Display) is a strong advantage.
