Patient Service Associate - Trainee (No Experience Needed)

Be the welcoming face of our clinics. No healthcare experience? No problem — we provide full training. Enjoy a genuine 5-day week with day hours only and every public holiday off.
Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays.
What you’ll do
Greet and check in patients, setting a warm first impression
Book, confirm and reschedule appointments
Handle enquiries by phone, email and at the counter
Collect payments and submit dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance)
What we’re looking for
Local diploma or degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
Strong written and verbal communication and a friendly, organised manner
Comfortable learning clinic systems
Rotating day roster including one weekend day; no experience needed
