Vice President- Sales & Marketing (Precision Manufacturing)

Role Overview

The primary Sales & Marketing leadership role within the business group, with full ownership of overall sales performance and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Lead the formulation of medium- and long-term marketing strategies and annual business plans, aligned with the business group's strategic goals
• Business Development: Drive global target market development and key account management, lead major marketing initiatives, and track industry and competitive landscape shifts
• System Building: Establish and refine the marketing framework, sales policies, pricing strategy, and customer service processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Performance Management: Set core KPIs — revenue, gross profit, collections, expense budgets — and drive achievement of annual/quarterly targets
• Team Leadership: Build and lead sales, marketing, product marketing, and solutions teams; own business coaching, performance evaluation, and talent pipeline development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering
• 20+ years (or equivalent seniority) in sales & marketing management within large manufacturing enterprises, including at least 5 years in a comparable role within precision manufacturing / consumer electronics / automotive electronic components; multinational business exposure preferred
• Strong market planning, organizational coordination, and resource integration skills, with a track record of translating strategy into results
• Strong data analysis, business acumen, and market insight; proficient in B2B key account management, negotiation, and stakeholder influence
• Able to operate decisively under pressure in a complex, fast-changing market; results-driven with strong ownership
• Sharp, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and comfortable in multicultural environments with frequent business travel
