Job Description
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative AI solutions -especially LLM-based-while collaborating closely with clients.
- Act as a trusted AI advisor by understanding client needs and demonstrating how AI can address key business challenges.
- Solve complex technical problems and work with other experts to overcome industry-level challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and support the growth of the broader team through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver cohesive, end-to-end AI solution s.
- Stay current with the latest AI advancements to continuously improve solution design and implementation.
- Ensure all AI systems are reliable and robust through thorough testing and validation.
- Promote ethical AI practices, including fairness, privacy, accountability, and compliance.
- Enable clients to fully adopt and benefit from AI by equipping them with the right skills and knowledge
The Successful Applicant
- Agentic LLM Systems : Build workflows with tool calling, structured outputs, validation loops, and failure handling-not just prompts
- Strong AI and Software Engineering : Write clean, modular, production-ready code with solid architecture and type safety
- Evaluation First : Measure accuracy, compare approaches, and iterate based on results
- Good Judgment : Choose simple, appropriate solutions (avoid unnecessary RAG/fine-tuning)
- Structured Prompting : Design clear, efficient prompts with minimal, relevant context
- Clear Communication : Explain decisions, trade-offs, results, and improvements
- Ownership : Independently design, build, test, and optimize end-to-end systems
