Looking for a stable temp role in a government agency? The finance shared services team needs an Accounts Executive to handle the AR billing cycle.
What you'll do:
Create and modify SAP Customer Master Records
Issue invoices and credit notes accurately
Follow up on outstanding AR with research entities and customers
Clear the AR generic mailbox and resolve billing discrepancies
Prepare management reports for stakeholders
Any ad-hoc finance duties as assigned
What we're looking for:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent finance qualification
At least 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
SAP knowledge is a must (hands-on, not just theory)
Meticulous, organized, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for payments
Good with MS Office (especially Excel)
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
