- Working hours: (Mon – Fri) 10am to 6pm
- Training Provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings
- Coordinate interviews, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective Financial Consultants and agency leaders
- Support recruitment campaigns, career talks, and branding events
- Work closely with directors and managers on manpower planning and hiring needs
- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Assist in organizing agency training sessions and recruitment events
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Sales / Recruitment / Insurance Industry is a plus
- Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset
- No experience required - training is provided
