Temp Patient Service Associate Bed Management Unit (BMU) HZTK

Contract Period: Sep 2026 - Jan 2027 (5 Months Contract)
Working Location: Queenstown
Working Hours:
Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays (24/7 Operations)
- AM Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- PM Shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and bed allocation to optimise hospital capacity and patient flow.
- Monitor bed utilisation and support timely placement of patients.
- Manage ambulance transfers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders when required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to facilitate smooth bed management operations.
- Support emergency response activation, including Code Blue coordination and testing.
- Handle operational enquiries professionally and provide timely assistance.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports related to bed management activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with PDPA requirements.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
