Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Pediatric and Child Health Clinic
- Position Title: Clinic Assistant
- Working Location: Central – Orchard (Walking distance from MRT to the company)
- Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Every Sat half day: 8.30am-1pm
- Salary Package: Up to SGD 3800
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during patient consultations and procedures
- Perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, height, and weight of patients
- Prepare consultation rooms and ensure medical equipment is clean and well-stocked
- Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
- Provide front-desk support including answering phone calls and attending to patient inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in electronic medical documentation
- Manage administrative tasks such as billing, stock-taking, and inventory of clinic supplies
- Ensure a clean, child-friendly, and safe clinic environment at all times
- Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with clinic protocols and healthcare regulations

- Min. 2 years of working experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, especially with children and parents
- Possess basic computer skills
