EUC Engineer (Presales) - Contract

About our client: Our client is a MNC.
Responsibilities:- Provide end-user computing (EUC) support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
- Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, gathering requirements, and proposing technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
- Support endpoint deployment, configuration, imaging, patch management, and device lifecycle management.
- Manage Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager, and SCCM environments.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels.
- Maintain technical documentation and customer environment records.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers and provide recommendations on endpoint performance and security.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical advisory experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 Suite, Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, SCCM/MECM, VPN and networking fundamentals, Endpoint Management and Device Deployment.
- Experience in Customer-facing support roles and Stakeholder Management.
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 Certifications.
- ITIL Foundation.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
