Position: Digital Marketing Manager
AI Digital Marketing & Print Solutions Manager
Company Overview:
Our company provides AI digital marketing, brand strategy, short video content creation, advertising campaign management, social media operations, and integrated print production services. We also work with signage, lightbox signboards, shopfront displays, promotional materials, and other visual branding solutions to help clients build strong online and offline brand exposure.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company’s digital marketing business, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other online platforms.
Prepare marketing proposals based on client needs, including brand promotion, AI video marketing, short video content, advertising campaigns, and printed marketing materials.
Handle client development, business negotiations, quotation preparation, and project follow-up.
Coordinate design, filming, video editing, printing, signage, lightbox signboards, and promotional material production to ensure timely project completion.
Manage client relationships, maintain long-term business partnerships, and improve customer satisfaction and renewal rates.
Analyse market trends and advertising data to optimise marketing strategies and improve brand exposure and sales conversion.
Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, production factories, and installation teams to ensure project quality.
Assist the company in expanding customer resources from industries such as manufacturing, F&B, retail, beauty, education, and other sectors.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Marketing, Media, Business Management, Advertising, Design, or related fields is preferred.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, brand planning, business development, or project management is preferred.
Familiar with social media platform operations, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google Business Profile, and related platforms.
Knowledge of AI marketing tools, short video production, graphic design, printing, or advertising production processes will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills, customer service awareness, and project coordination ability.
Able to independently follow up with client requirements, including proposal planning, quotation preparation, execution, and after-sales service.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese will be an advantage.
Responsible, proactive, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
