Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Customer Service & Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Senior Executive to manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment and supply chain operations. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing, inventory management and delivery performance.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder coordination and driving operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage end-to-end customer order fulfilment, from forecasting and procurement through to delivery and order closure.

. Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers and the Sales team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

. Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning to meet customer demand.

. Oversee warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, inventory accuracy and cycle count activities.

. Manage slow-moving, damaged and obsolete inventory, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions.

. Coordinate with 3PL providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient warehousing, shipment and delivery operations.

. Plan and monitor shipments, transportation activities and freight arrangements to ensure on-time delivery performance.

. Verify logistics-related invoices, manage shipment cost postings and ensure accurate transaction records in SAP.

. Administer insurance declarations and claims, working with insurers and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

. Support process improvements, system enhancements and cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.

Job Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline.

. 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order fulfilment, supply chain or logistics operations.

. Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

. Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
