Job scope:
• Assist with smooth patient journey including accurate and timely registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and any other enquiries such as insurance provider's information for billing.
•Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses and prepare consultation documents.
• Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries.
• Assist clinic manager in administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Min. A/Diploma/Nitec in any field
- No experience required, training is provided
