Facilities Engineer (PLC/Control Systems)

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd
- Maintain and optimise facility control systems to support reliable operation and high equipment uptime within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose control-system faults and abnormal conditions, implementing effective technical solutions to restore system performance.
- Support automation and facility improvement projects, including system upgrades, modifications and new installations.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to strengthen reliability, efficiency and preventive maintenance practices.
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with site requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical, Control Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Mitsubishi PLC systems , including troubleshooting, maintenance, field instruments and control devices; ELV and electrical systems knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills, with experience working with contractors/vendors and adherence to workplace safety requirements.
