PositionDescription:

InfosysConsulting Singapore is seeking a senior Associate Partner - Digital Platformsto serve as a trusted client advisor and delivery leader for large-scale SAPS/4HANA and AI-enabled enterprise platform transformations across Asia Pacific.This individual will lead high-value engagements end to end, from strategy,solution architecture and RFP pursuit through to programme delivery, governanceand value realisation, helping priority-sector clients navigate the fulllifecycle of digital core and AI adoption.

As asenior member of the Digital Platforms leadership team, he/she will bridgeC-level business vision and deep SAP and AI technology execution, injectingproven, senior SAP S/4HANA programme leadership to de-risk delivery andaccelerate growth in APAC priority sectors including Life Sciences,Manufacturing, Consumer and Energy & Utilities.

EssentialResponsibilities:

· Programme Leadership: Leadand govern complex, multi-country SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes acrossgreenfield, Bluefield and rollout scenarios, owning solution integrity,delivery assurance and value realisation across strong core delivery teams.

· Solution Architecture Oversight: Own end-to-end solution and clean core design, definingintegration architecture across complex multi-system landscapes and ensuringclean core alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.

· AI-Enabled ERP Delivery: Embed AI and generative AI into the SAP digital core and deliverylifecycle, applying digital adoption and intelligent-automation techniques toaccelerate transformation outcomes and clean core adoption.

· Client Advisory and Growth: Partner with CxOs and senior technology leaders to shapeS/4HANA and AI transformation roadmaps, and lead RFP/RFI responses, solutionpresentations and pursuits targeting APAC priority accounts, with a clearmandate to grow the regional Digital Platforms portfolio.

· Priority-Sector Solutioning: Lead solutioning across Life Sciences and supply chaintransformation, tailoring architectures to industry-specific and regulatoryneeds across Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer & Retailand Energy & Utilities.

· Delivery Governance and Assurance: Establish and run delivery governance, risk and qualityframeworks that reduce execution risk on high-value engagements and enhanceclient confidence.

· Cross-Region Capability Build: Bring global best practices, methodologies and reusableassets into the Singapore practice, building senior SAP and AI deliverycapability to support APAC expansion.

· Thought Leadership and Mentorship: Represent the firm in client advisory forums, and mentorsolution architects and consultants in clean core strategy, integration designand AI-enabled ERP delivery.

RequiredSkills and Experience:

· Proven track record asan Associate Partner, Programme Director or Principal Solution Architectleading large-scale SAP ERP transformation programmes for enterprise clients.

· 20+ years of SAP ERPtransformation experience, specialising in solution architecture across S/4HANAgreenfield, Bluefield and rollout programmes.

· Deep, demonstrableexpertise in clean core strategy and clean core solution design across multipleend-to-end value streams.

· Proven experiencearchitecting complex integration landscapes.

· Hands-on experiencedelivering AI-enabled ERP transformation, applying AI, generative AI andintelligent automation across the delivery lifecycle.

· Certified in SAP or AIdigital adoption solutions (e.g. SAP WalkMe) with a track record of applyingdigital adoption to accelerate S/4HANA change and clean core adoption.

· Cross-industrysolution experience across at least three major verticals, including LifeSciences, Manufacturing, Automotive and Consumer & Retail.

· Strong pre-sales andclient engagement capability, including RFP/RFI response ownership, C-levelstakeholder management, and value realisation frameworks.

· Experienceestablishing and standing up regional delivery capability (e.g. setting up anAPAC or offshore delivery centre) is strongly preferred.

· Excellentcommunication and storytelling skills to engage both executive and technicalstakeholders.

MinimumQualifications:

· Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Technology, or a special combination of education and experiencewith demonstrated accomplishments.

· 18+ years inenterprise/solutions architecture and programme delivery, with significantexperience in SAP S/4HANA-led and AI-enabled transformation roles.

· Certification in SAPdigital adoption / AI solution enablement

· Able to communicate inEnglish.
