Saturday Work:
Based on performance and KPI achievement, employees may be given the option to work on Saturdays voluntarily once or twice a month. Leave-in-lieu will be provided and work will follow a roster-based rotation.
Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced individuals to join us as:-
KYC / Source of Wealth (SoW) Compliance Reviewer (L3)
to support regulatory compliance and risk management within the banking environment. The role involves performing second-level reviews of KYC and SoW assessments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards, while identifying potential risk indicators and escalating complex cases where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform second-level review of KYC and Source of Wealth (SoW) assessments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Validate the plausibility and coherence of Source of Wealth narratives and supporting documentation.
- Ensure risk ratings, customer profiles, and potential red flags are appropriately identified and addressed.
- Summarize and escalate high-risk or unclear cases to the AMLO with recommendations where appropriate.
- Maintain quality assurance records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to L1/L2 teams to improve review quality, consistency, and compliance standards.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of KYC experience with banks.
- Minimum 3 years of Source of Wealth (SoW) experience with banks.
- Experience in Corporate Customer Review or handling complex ownership structures .
- Experience working in L3 review or as a Compliance Officer .
