Job Description:
- Preparing progress claims, valuations and final accounts.
- Monitor project cost performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress claims.
- Attend project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients to address inquiries, resolve project related issues, and maintain positive working relationships.
- Any other ad hoc works.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management or any other related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledgeable about construction materials and cost estimating techniques.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
