Commercial & Shipping Operations Coordinator

. Coordinate daily commercial and shipping operations activities, including import/export shipments, cargo tracking, and delivery planning.

. Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics providers regarding operational matters.

. Prepare quotations, shipping documents, invoices, and related operational documentation.

. Monitor order processing and shipment execution to ensure timely coordination.

. Support customer account and general business development activities.

. Minimum 8 years of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export operations required.

. Knowledge of ocean freight, shipment coordination, and shipping documentation preferred.

. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills required.

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems required.

. English proficiency required. Greek language knowledge will be considered an advantage due to predominantly Greek-speaking clientele and business partners.
