Job Description
- Lead full lifecycle project management from feasibility to completion
- Act as the central liaison across design teams, stakeholders, and leadership
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans
- Manage tender processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Oversee regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with local standards
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5+ years of managerial experience in infrastructure or construction projects
- Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale developments
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities
- Experience in sustainability, energy, or industrial infrastructure is advantageous
- Strong analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset
