Position Summary / Project Description
Provide dedicated procurement support for business functionsthat enable healthcare delivery, patient flow, care ecosystem operations andbusiness services. The role is responsible for managing and supportingend-to-end procurement activities, including procurement planning, sourcing,quotation and tender processes, contract renewals, supplier management,governance approvals and procurement advisory.
The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders,project teams and suppliers to ensure timely procurement support foroperational and project requirements, maintain continuity of critical servicesthrough proactive contract management and renewal planning, and ensurecompliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
The role will also support procurement process improvements,vendor performance management, procurement reporting and strategic sourcinginitiatives to achieve operational efficiency and value-for-money outcomes.Role and Responsibilities
• Provide procurement advisory and support to businessstakeholders supporting healthcare delivery, patient flow, care ecosystemoperations and business initiatives.
• Support the development and execution of sourcing andprocurement strategies for assigned categories of products and services.
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end procurement activities,including Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), contractrenewals and procurement approvals. • Prepare procurement documents, evaluationreports, approval papers and other procurement-related submissions.
• Support contract renewals and procurement planningactivities to ensure continuity of critical business and operational services.
• Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders,suppliers and relevant parties throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Monitor procurement timelines and ensure procurementactivities are completed in a timely manner. 1
